How likely is this? <\/p>\n<p class=\"top-inicio\">\n<p>A potentially <strong>strong El Ni\u00f1o weather pattern<\/strong> is likely to emerge at the beginning of summer and continue through Northern Hemisphere winter, according to the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov\/products\/analysis_monitoring\/enso_advisory\/ensodisc.shtml\">forecasts<\/a> from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).<\/p>\n<p>The latest weekly Ni\u00f1o-3.4 index value was +0.4\u00b0C, in line with the observed, widespread, and significantly above-average subsurface temperatures across the equatorial Pacific.
